Details
- Reach the manor: finish Deep in the Valley, lure a Powderkeg into the rubble at the tower base, then take the lift down (games.gg).
- Portal 1, Village of Lu: follow the main story down the well and beat Yuzan, No. 3 Musician Puppet.
- Portal 2, Mandate Encampment: get the Training Grounds Key and beat Yubi, No. 21 Swordfighter Puppet. See the Yubi guide. It also yields an Illusory Pipa part.
- Portal 3, Mountain of Imprisonment: repair the Illusory Pipa, clear the barrier northeast of Meigu Lake and beat Huangxing at the summit shrine for the Flying Guillotine.
- Get the Puppet's Tongue: after the third visit, talk to the Three-Eyed Puppet. It also gives the Crystal Puppet Eye [Yin]. Use the Tongue on Mute.
- Inside: a second-floor library with lore and Leng Tu's Memory Flower, then a chasm down to the Puppet Scavenger. Land on threads to avoid fall damage.
- Boss: see Puppet Scavenger & Acolyte Hansui. At 50% HP Hansui freezes the Scavenger; beat her, then finish it. Rewards: Alloyed Scythe Blade, Crystal Puppet Eye [Yang], Hansui's Frost Mask.
- You can enter the area early for the Ancient Armor Fragment near the gnarled tree, but Mute only opens once you have the Tongue. More: optional bosses.
